Resort often takes a back seat when it comes to the opulence of the fashion world. Though there may be little earth shattering innovation in the designs, this is one of my favorite seasons (right after Spring). It's refreshing to see easy, wearable things on the runway for a change. Plus there's always a delightfully invigorating injection of color.
This season I spy a menagerie of pretty surface detail - from eyelet and burn-outs to sheers with embroidery - balanced by relaxed shapes and solid hues. And I'm really into this color palette of bright white and blush with pops of sky blue.

Oh my god. I'm dying over that christopher kane dress and the chloe dress that's your favorite.

Somehow, I thought that I'd seen all of the resort collections, but obviously not!!
